U think this is attempt to scam.
He make these accounts with his freinds in usa and uk,
He put small amounts first for test, he sends it to 2 reputable member here , they test they see they really can cashout it via btc, so next time someone comes to rrquwst an account hebsay i do not have low balances i can give you 1000 and up for 500$ ¥ depends on his scam attempt amount lol then he disappear so the first 2 test probably are REAL fake test for next attempts to scam if i got these accounts why then not cash it out myself?! Lol
