With your rep you should be eager to work with guarantor to boost your credibility. No one will deal with someone with -9 rep without escrow. On the other hand I don’t agree with someone buying a cc in a shop then use it and only if it works you they release escrow. Once bin is given escrow should be released. Some non vbv bins show vbv prompt if proper setup is not done and if that happens it’s not the sellers bin but in actuality the carder.
Always use escrow with negative rep members no exceptions
