you need strong bins for that, tested with CA and USA working but this don't have to be non vbv you will do nothing with non vbv... take a look for CC who stantard come with vbv not activated but can be activated... and you have to pray when you buy CC to be live and to have vbv not activated... who card gift cards know about that!
