As a person heavily involved in bank transfers ( I do ACH, iDeal, transferwise, SEPA) - I've been researching WU payment processor and I know for a fact, getting this done - generating MTCN that is going to last & work - is close to impossible - meaning more than few hundred bucks. It might work for low amounts, but their antifraud is extremely tight and I believe this might be close to impossible.
If anyone is willing to confirm they received working MTCN and cashed out more than $500 - I'll be more than surprised.
