It's Clearly mentionned that : Card’s issuer cert!ficate is signed by an unrevoked,
legitimate CAPK . Card Issuer means bank ( bank have unique Certificate per Bin or list of bin during and SDA transaction ; and it's this certificate who are intercepted that we called ARQC lines cuz during an SDA transaction , the certificate Stay the same and don't change .
So people who are telling there is not authentification Certificate during an Emv transaction are Stupid and clearly a ripper because they don't know what they are talking . They are alot around this forum and they taking big name to fool people
