Did you have to consider sda/dda/cda?
yes you have because is not the same way of use it can be fast or when you want, because dda have to be used before owner make a new transaction.............
Now why is not anymore the time to used it and is old technologie???
Because what ever transaction happened sda/dda/cda the transaction get a unique signature, that mean the track is encoded with a special signature who is unique per transaction, so yes you would have data but it will be unique so you cant reuse it, is the last security on all type of card, plus for the pin most of check pin go online now...............
So all together you late for this tool and even if you found a seller he would rip you in reality because data would be for shit the way you think to use it...............
+ you need a software to put the collected data on jcop card 3.x version accepted apdu protocol, 99,99 percent are scam..............even if you found the 00,01 percent good one is not the same for every bank............
Is a last way to do it, but it have to be bluetooth and live connected and some change have to be done, so i dont think is your level now.................
