To throw the transaction contact-less is only need the load of the fresh card information.
it is not verify the CID (CVV2), So allow the full loading and then use the card without knowing the CID , and disabling of the Chip-and-PIN direct.
You can also remove the status to "dip" card and still make valid payment.
