The same automated phone number that lets you check the dump balance is the same one that lets you change the pin
Secondly not looking for d+p cashier, since that is an old skill me and most forum members can do themselves
Only reason I want to sell is because the dumps of the bin I have bought from shops, don't come with track1 or when they do they come with inaccurate track1.
So those who get thier dumps privately or elsewhere and have those bins with accurate track1 and simply create a new pin, hit the ATM card cashout
