AR cc can be used anywhere you just have to find site that accepts international cc that's all. no method for AR cc

wrong arg cc cant be use if not calling the bank first.
i ve been working 10 yrs in Argentina. and is a huge problem even with legit CC.
u have to call the bank to autorize almost any good transaction
