It is almost impossible to turn 201 dumps into cash without a pos device ( cash can be withdrawn using some ATM devices and some special writing techniques )
I don't think that someone with a pos device for cash will work with 3 dumps, they probably get it from the verified sellers section of the forum and use it themselves.
Try to evaluate the cards you have yourself, and never try them on any check site because they die faster than cc, I suggest you write them with msr device and use them directly.
