Impossible to clone the chip
It's not magstripe
Only way it will work is 1 dipping or 3 dipping on old ATMs that allow fallback on the magstripe or on pos that allows fallback after chip is damaged
Another option is nfc app for dumps ( apple pay is nfc app for CVV)...you add dump and hit atm or store that allows tap and pay
But there's region lock too problems
