First and foremost, I offer 40%. I do not offer 50%, Secondly escrow is for Buying/Selling purpose. These cash out deals are not done based upon escrow, I know that now everyone is going to be judgemental about this and say I am potentially a ripper. As I said, I offer 40%, Not 50% or 60% or something unreal which people offer and end up ripping off. The risk on our end is greater then the risk on your end. Anyways I cannot offer escrow to be honest for cash out deals. Anyone who offers that, Please go ahead and deal with them. You have to give it a shot with me.
