Suppose you get the card Of USA Bank Then state is Canada So find the canada socks and change your proxy
IF my card is USA bank, how come state becomes CANADA?
I am presuming its a cut-copy-paste POST
And its OLD trick. You better do WU with bank logs and even then its not guaranteed.
