I think we already had this discussion offline already. There is no such thing as 100% sure cashout. Almost all banks use MFA, so even if you had the customer's login id and password, you'd be unlikely to be able to cash out unless you have their browser profile and phone to receive an SMS message. I have no idea why people think it's so easy to hack a bank account.
