There are USA bins, may be few hundreds. Its world mix, most UK and france.
Rate please, i can send you in the following format
cardnumber=YYMM
no need for ssn or other details. JUST find out if valid or dud.
These are what i ran through and at that time almost 20-30% had insuff funds.
