i Made a Western Union transfer through a western Union accounts with transaction history and in just a sec the money was available BUT my picker was late in picking up because of his JOB. The money was available for 28hrs until the owner of the card i added to the account asked for a refund...The account i used is still ACTIVE and will add a card later for cashout.
But there's a trick to it. This is the proof below
