World Cards (all bank from the bin is non vbv)

Most bank has a similar security,
Make sure card is not in fraud, if the card is in fraud you will get vbv even if the bins has auto vbv
Let say i have a card from Italy NONVBV, if i try using the card for $2000 and it only has 1900 it will alert the bank and it will activate the vbv, after the card is in fraud even if i try to use the card for $200 it will ask for vbv
So keep in mind all bank has same security but some are vulnerable for us.
also there one more thing, if the card is in fraud there are some easy step to take it out of fraud but for this you better think out the box or pay me to do the thinking for you.
So let make a small list.
What triggers Vbv? This are the common reason not always but 80% of the time it will triiger the vbv
Using card with other country ip (sound stupid but it real trust me)
Using card with lower balance (fraud alert)
Using the card wrong exp (fraud alert)
Using card out of the it normal path (Buy card from base like amazon to use the card in amazon)
