It's the Olympics identify Accreditation Card and unlike a normal schegen visa, the visa number will be on the accreditation card and not your passport....you would still be at a vfs/tls center for biometrics taken but you won't be paying any consular fees not paying an processing vfs/tls fee and you have priority appointment (actually same day for biometrics capture)
And yes you can travel to all the schegen countries with it before it expires and it's multiple entry
