If you offer any service i suspect it will be somewhat legitimate but with fraud nothing is for certain. i myself have done this and in few instances card came DOA...you never can tell. Moreover, if this does happen or something not catered for is your partner reimbursed? We have seen too many times funds held in arbitration and the depositor of the funds has to hope it swings in his favor especially in cases where he is innocent. So leave 5k in escrow based on what? And please don't say you cant tell if card is used cause you cant!
