Bro i just explained the whole thing, read carefully, first of all you go get a phone line with the guys name. Then you call the bank and say that you want to change the phone number on record. You can also use spoof service and call from the number on the record and say that youre switching youre phone company and you got a new number. But regardless from which way youre gona do it, they will ask you security questions and you need full info and answers to them. Hope this helps you and you understand now
