Thats not what hes asking, he wants to change the phone number on the banks file.(well first of all he does need a nother number with with the name on the fullz)
Bro if you truly have a full info card you need to call the bank and change it on the profile, they are gona ask you a bunch of security questions like Mothers Maiden Name etc, if you answer those questions correctly you can change info on the file like billing adress and phone number etc.
