Cashiers match the number on the card, if youre serious about getting in that business you should look into a puncher/embosser. Also pre chack cards before you go in to make sure you dont get a Hold Card and that youre card is not red flagged already(not online checker, never use those. But actually manually check somewhere like a parking meter or something. There was a thread about this already here).
