Hi I was thinking about it since I am a developer but the people who buy Itunes or Google Play codes are these people making or paying for really cheap and crappy mobile games with in-store purchases in them and then buying the code @40% and using it on their own app?
Would this work for large scale laundering? Does Itunes or Google Play codes charge back?
Just thinking out loud here for a possible idea.
