If its a us paypal they have access to lists of contract mobiles and obviously home phones and can tell if the phone your adding is listed in the account holders name, there are some apps on android that give you a free us number ive used them some are refused some are accepted i know i used primo and one called text me up that both worked for me, and to the previous poster if you wasnt going to tell him how why bother posting at all.
