so here is what u should do...buy prepaid visa card create amazon account load little money on your visa ananoumous card. Buy something cheap. Leave account for few days..dont touch it and voila  then take your cvv make order and it will be shipped.

I usually just buy accounts but this might work as well, gona try it out
