I have an usa Dump (101) I copied it to a Visa card without a chip I try to pay with it in Europe I tell the seller that old card I do not have a chip I want to pay in swipe Seller transfers and I and the payment was not received commentin (05 do not honor ) Maybe you know why? Maybe bank block this because he see in the machine have option to pay with chip and I try with swipe ?.
The dumps work 100%.
