That goes right back to what the other 2 had said, it's just the cards being supplied that aren't approving the transaction. It's not just a matter of being in the same state, different card issuers have different security strictness. It's about experimenting for what works. If everything hit huge don't you think we'd all be millionaires by now? GameStop is definitely okay to hit.
