well we can start with using CC+CVV instore (PUNCH METHOD)
i got good connect that gives last 4 SSN and all and i can check the balances
so i call card and its GOOD money on the cards & Im also In SAME CITY as cardholders to give better odds of approval, but when i go have them punch in the info
it declines...why is this?
note i was trying to buy VISA giftcards
and i tried two cards with 500$ on each
is that why it declines?
