Im a noob, spent hella time reading up on methods and getting guides but still dont have a clear working method. Some one throw me some knowledge please.
I can successfully make cash app accounts and venmos, but how can i cash these out and be safe. Ive tried to card giftcards with cc but always get declined. I been scammed already but can break bread if you slide me some method that actually works.
