Once you logged in, you can change the phone. but changing password, phone or email will put that paypal under radar. even if you have the full access to the account, you cant transfer. For real, when I log in, during the authflow, I'm offered to verify using the pre-added number, or to just add another one, but this one pp keep saying must be registered in cardholder's name
