First you need to choose and buy a paypal account with cookies and email access.
now use COOKIE CONVERTER to process the cookies
Then use the ADD-ON for firefox or chrome to import the cookies into the browser.
Now login to the paypal account and dont change any passwords, phone numbers or email.
just navigate for a while to build new cookies into your browser.
keep doing this for few hours or a day. now try to get a phone number with the same area code. change the phone number and password. leave it there for few hours. now you are ready for the transfers.
