most of the time you just need full info - ssn, dob, current address, bg report and a valid email.
gvoice is tricky. you better use random mobile number for first try so it goes through and does not alert your ssn holder. some banks detect google voice and disallow you to register with it and yet there are many of them which does not ask you to receive sms to finish registration.
good question that already contains an answer. you have to deposit some money on it. usually done by getting a loan or some ui/sba stuff.
totally doable. but thats more like something extra than real deal.
