hello, im currently moving from venezuela to down south, im planing on staying in argentina/chile, thing is i dont have that much money get by when i arrive, so im planing on buy a cc and buy food with it, which country does the cc need to be to do the trick? should i buy some us cc or an argentinian one would do?
