Unless you can install a RAT on the victims computer and gain remote access, then its impossible bro..
You can however mimic the victims ip address to look like yours ..
For example , if the victims ip address is Verizon Business 69.69.69.20 , you can try getting a proxy close to that subnet and same ISP ..
So you would get a proxy thats from Verizon Business close to vics ip ( ex; 69.69.70.22)
