На амазоне пробовал вбить товар (10 баксов) билл = шип.
Через неск часов запросили доп инфу по почте (адрес, телефон). Отправил.
Затем пришло это:

We have not been able to confirm the billing details for your card visa ending in 22. Please contact the card issuer and have them send the information below to our secure fax line:
-- The billing name and address that you registered to the card.
-- The last two digits of the payment card.
Как понимать? карта должна быть рабочая. Вбил вчера в сервис на сумму 100 баксов, затем перед амазоном протестил в порнхуб на 10ку и получилось для теста.
