I have a visa encrypted card track101 card with track1 and track2, it was created for my by some guys that are based in this wire and bank hustle.
it came with encrypted pin also, Is it possible to get an emv chip writer that can write the data into the chip.
I have used normal Magnetic stripe to write this, when you put it into the ATM it ask for PIN after entering PIN, it doesn't check the balance nor withdraw.
I spent almost $3k to make this card and now they wanted to help get who they know that can write this chip and quite unfortunate for me, i find out that the have issue and can't be reached anymore. please i need help.
The card is a visa encrypted card and they loaded $1m in the card.
Any help from anyone , would help i'm even ready to give the person %20 if this can be done.
