You don't have to wait 3 weeks, I already wrote this in the initial thread
"If you want me to check your shop if my bin is there , then you pay $60, double( because I sell bins not shop where you can find them)"
That way you deposit escrow, you buy the cc in the shop, test it and see it's 100% non vbv and escrow gets released to me
