jojojaijai, first of all you need to contact any verified exchange service (for ex. Director) and top-up your balance on forum.
Then open topic on escrow section (don't forget to add another member nick when you open topic) and put this balance there, only after you will get your things then press that deal finished and seller will take your balance.
