We added this rule because many customers were complaining that they couldn’t purchase cards immediately after an update because these cards were added to the checker while they were ready to buy them. We introduced this as an experiment and are now monitoring the results and feedback. By the way, we could have implemented this without announcing it publicly and no one would have noticed, but since we adhere to an open policy, we made the announcement. Before this announcement, we NEVER applied such a rule, so all of this remains purely speculative on your part.
