We noticed problem in add balance feature, where top up were not processed from 11th April to 13th April.
Issue is resolved, all top up done should arrive in your account now!
Add balance and top up processing is working fine now. You may continue to top up your account.
If you were impacted due to this, open a ticket and you may claim a gift voucher up to 8 USD.
