At the time of base upload, system randomly checks a batch of 10-15 cards from a base to determine the valid rate, if it is below 70% the base is not uploaded.
We recommend every user to first use checker within5 minutes for refund, and if their refund was denied, then they should appeal via support ticket for manual refund. We do not recommend to users to ask manual refund their #1 priority.
If you have any issue, or complaint regarding any base uploaded on our website, please create a ticket and raise the issue. We will immediately look into the base and take action accordingly.
