Our team works everyday to reply all tickets. We have inflow of high tickets.
You're the one who should be called a scam. Acting smart by sending same card for refund by tickets which was already sent for refund before. If refunded, or not do not send the same card for refund again.
Refund should be done automatically using checker in 5 minutes, and as we trust our customers we have given a option to even ask for manual refund if they want a second check, but people like you misuse this and ends up getting banned.
