Especially airlines, I've been carding some flights in past, it was good for a month or so.
Then I stopped and after a few months, I tried to buy ticket with my cash, it was fine until I came to airport. My ticket was cancelled because there is outstanding amount of 239542034029384 USD under my name, if I want to make a trip, then I have to pay it!
And I am banned from one airline till that day.

This is why i never card flights. Easy enough to card items and use the cash and keep your real name clean.
I do hear your name stays clean if you book throught 3rd party as its them who loose the cash not the airline .. but still been trapped in the UK isn't worth the risk for me lol
