Stop playing dude. You and I know how your refund rate system does. When 2 or more cards are being refunded, the refund rate goes higher.
No (Refund rate exceeding 10%
And for the cards purchased so far, I had more than two 05s and one 07. Infact, I had five 05s and I can show you.
The others are low amount or insufficient funds.
I never carded about 20x more than what I have ever deposited.
