the account level system on this site is useless
the card is not bad
but for dead card 05, you will get lot of this error
even you are paying alot to top up your account premium
then everyday u pay and got 2~3 card dead
your refund rate is higher everyday!!
more than 10%>> your account is newbie
refund rate 05 is disable
read and understand !!!! or u gonna cry later
if you buy alot of dead card on a row
your account is shjtty no checker, no refund
it is your fault to buy dead card.. admin doesnt care about it
