This is far from reality. We used to allow refunds for virtually any decline code and it didn't take much longer than 10 minutes until hundreds of cards were scooped up.
There are many organized cheaters around, waiting for shops with a good combination of decent quality cards and weak refund policies, who strategically make several accounts and quickly scoop up hundreds of cards, if not even more.
Any lost/stolen card or fraud-related checker codes like 07 doesn't automatically mean the card was dead on arrival after purchase.
For example, try aggressively placing a few orders with a card and many bins will instantly react with lost/stolen related response codes.
Our rules may not be the most user friendly, but at the moment it's more than likely a win-win for both of us.
A more lenient refund policy would end up with us seriously having to consider maybe selling our bases privately instead of operating a shop.
There is a video provided in my last post, clearly demonstrating a high valid rate from a random selection of cards in our shop.
It's not perfect, but the vast majority of the cards should yield in good return of investment (ROI).
In fact, we have received way more positive than negative feedback multiple times, mostly suggesting that we are the first shop in a while having anything from decent to excellent material.
Once again, we are a new shop and still developing and currently working in a level system.
A plan for future to probably be implemented involves automatic refunds for more codes, such as those mentioned by you, 07 and 43 for premium buyers, and possibly more codes for higher ranked buyers.
This idea has the potential to effectively combat most cheaters.
