First off, did you reach out via tickets about the CVV error card? Clearly stated in the Rules that you may do so:

If it's true what you say, you'll get a refund and we'll have take a closer look into it, since a CVV mismatch is supposed to be refunded automatically.
We are new in the market and as you can read from previous posts, we decided to stick with automatic refunds for the specified refund codes clearly stated in "My Cards" section and FAQ in order to combat cheaters.
We're still figuring out strategies to combat fraud and carefully selecting relevant refund codes for which refunds will be allowed over time.
However, refunding for codes like 07 may not be an option yet since cheaters with "cc killer" scripts or similar may provoke this code for some cards. This has yet to be investigated.
We will take a look into code 43.

We challenged a user who suggested/suspected that cards from this base were dead on arrival.
So we challenged the person to make a new account which we topped up with a balance enough to buy 10 random cards of their choice to be checked against Luxchecker.
