That's not how it works.
It's common practice with any shop that you upload bases to sell and it's the shop's responsibility to ensure that the valid rate exceeds a certain level by checking the base.
That's done by selecting few random cards to check, which is exactly what we did.
If 10 randomly selected cards were all declined from two checkers with errors such as "closed account", "card number error" and "cvv mismatch", then there is no chance we will sell such base.
