05 are refundable for Premium users and up.
I have explained earlier that there is no algorithm or magic way to separate honest buyers from cheaters, who are experts in emptying cards and then quickly provoking 05 codes using cckiller scripts or other means such as intentionally failing VBV/MSC authentication from many parallel accounts.
The shop started off with allowing of 05 refund codes and according to statistics, way more than half of the cards would be refunded due to 05 right away, essentially leaving us with a total profit of below 5$ / card.
Rationally, the is a basic law of supply and demand, just like in any other market.
The current demand for a base with about 1000 cards is somewhere around 8.000$-10.000$, which I what I used to sell bases for until the shop started.
It would be more profitable to keep selling bases privately instead of allowing refund of 05 codes for everyone based on the current prices in the shop.
Allowing 05 refunds would theoretically require prices in the shop of every card to be increased accordingly to maintain a profitability.
