New bases that have just been released are always non-refundable for the first 24 hours and this is clearly marked as "No refund".
After 24 hours, such bases automatically become "Refundable", so buying from those bases (older than 24 hours) come with the possibility of checking the cards within 3 minutes after purchase.
Checks results dictate whether or or not automatic refunds will be granted.
We use two of the best and most respectable checkers available, Luxchecker and Try2check.
We can't control the results from their checks which is done through API.
